Chelsea "Chanel West Coast" Dudley is an aspiring rapper best known for her guest-star appearances on MTV's Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory and Ridiculousness. In May 2013, Chanel signed with Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment. Some consider her the best upcoming white/female rapper in the game - and apparently she has provocative edge to go along with it!

Chanel's new album Young Money: Rise of an Empire hits stores on March 14. The debut record also features Robin Thicke, Ty Dolla $ign, Snoopdogg, Honey Cocaine, and Evan Ross.
