British law student pays for degree by stripping

A British law student turned to revealing lingerie instead of loans to fund her education.

Vanessa Knowles, 25 [1],[2] has paid for her degree in full by stripping in front of a webcam for her online admirers.

The semi-nude model gave lap dances and posed for "lads' mags" for years, according to The Mirror.

She then decided to enroll in the law program at a London university and strip part-time to cover the costs.

"Some of my lecturers know what I do and make cheeky jokes but I wanted people to be impressed by more than just my breasts," she told The Mirror.

Stripping down to her briefs when she's not studying cases has helped Knowles pay off her course fees, which added up to 14,000 British pounds or about $23,500, The Mirror reported.

The curvy brunette can also afford to live in a flat in central London and wears designer clothes.

Knowles said her thousands of followers have been supportive of her studies, and some have even forked up more than $3,300 for her school books.

"My fans have paid for every one of my 100 textbooks and I encourage them to buy me gifts from an Amazon wish list," she said.

Her two careers may appear unrelated, but Knowles said there has been some crossover.

Knowles' story calls to mind that of another aspiring lawyer — the Duke University freshman known as Belle Knox.

Knox, 19, turned to porn to pay Duke's hefty tuition bills.

Word spread about her X-rated extracurricular activities, and Knox revealed herself publicly in March after a classmate outed her on campus.

Knox made her stripping debut at a New York jiggle joint soon after.

The women's studies and sociology major has said she still plans to go to law school and would like to be a women's rights or civil rights lawyer.
