New Orleans cabbie Hervey Farrell filmed lawyer Jennifer Gaubert exposing herself in front of him as she attempted to get him to pull over for a saucy encounter.
But Farrell rejects all her advances, telling her: "I have a girlfriend.
"I have to go home and I'm devoted to her."
Gaubert continues with her seduction, telling him that "things happen" and that his girlfriend is lucky as he is "hot".
However, when Farrell continues to reject her, she finally gives in and she is driven back to her home.
The shocking video has now led to a major legal battle between Farrell, Gaubert and the New Orleans Police Department.
Gaubert, was then charged with making false statements and faces five months behind bars if found guilty.
She has already been convicted of battery but is appealing the conviction, saying what she did was "embarrassing" but not a crime.
Farrell is now pursuing legal action against Gaubert and the New Orleans Police Department, claiming to be a victim of false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and kidnapping.
